Poorly executed composite filling replaced

Some dentist attempted to close this patient's diastema (space between two front teeth). But the work lacked care and finesse so the result was not aesthetically pleasing for the patient.
This is how we did it at Pure North Dental.
Initial situation: rough, poorly shaped, discolored composite fillings.
Rubber dam is a must for moisture control, gum protection and patient and dentist comfort.
Magic one tooth at a time.

Polishing restorations is EXTREMELY important - they need to shine. High shine = less plaque adhesion = longer lasting results.
A few days later gum tissue adapted and impooved, while inflammation level decreased. Win-win.
